Paste in your CV and see what a Gulf recruiter will trip over in the first fifteen seconds. Then write the status line and the bullets that get read twice, and run the 25-point check before you send it again.
PrivateYour CV never leaves this page. The check runs in your browser, and nothing is uploaded, sent or saved.
Open your CV, select all, copy, and paste it here. Formatting doesn’t matter. The check looks for what to delete, what to reword and what’s missing, and ticks what it can in the 25-point check below.
One plain line under your name that answers what a recruiter would otherwise have to email you to ask: where you are, your visa, your notice and when you can start. It is the most UAE-specific line on the page.
Your status line
A bullet that describes a duty is invisible. One that describes an outcome, at a stated size, gets you shortlisted. Build each one from four parts: action + scope + mechanism + outcome.
Your bullet
Run it before every application, not once before the first one. Items marked from your CV were ticked by the scan in step 01. Change any of them if you know better.
Print page one. Cover everything below the top third. Hand it to someone who doesn’t know what you do, and ask: what is this person, where are they, what are they qualified in, and when can they start?
If they can’t answer all four, better bullet points further down won’t fix it. Fix the top third first.
“Would someone who read only the top third of page one still pick up the phone?”
